Stylishly decorated and renovated apartment with excellent location near the subway station. The nearest food restaurants in front of the house and take away 50 m away, a convenience store about 200 m. Quiet location because there is no street. Very large terrace in the courtyard. The apartment is comprehensively equipped with new kitchen utensils. Excellent coffee machine. In addition to the washing machine, the utility room had a dryer. Wifi worked well. Big TV in the living room (which was not watched).
